  • 4x a week of structured timed Moto formats varying in length and intensity to build sport-specific endurance

  • 3x a week of Gym Strength Training, focusing on specific movements in specific rep ranges and rest periods to improve maximal strength, efficient biomechanics, and injury prevention

  • 3x a week road cycling focused on improving endurance and recovery.
