Hands-On Moto Endurance + Technical Training
includes:
4x a week of structured timed Moto formats varying in length and intensity to build sport-specific endurance
technical training such as proper form and technique, section work, passing drills, line choice, and race craft
3x a week of Gym Strength Training, focusing on specific movements in specific rep ranges and rest periods to improve maximal strength, efficient biomechanics, and injury prevention
3x a week road cycling focused on improving endurance and recovery.
